Second Annual A&L Pitch Competition Recap:

Alicia Holliday
I have been an entrepreneur at heart since I was 12 years old, and I made it into a business in 2010. As a career hairstylist, turned salon manager and consultant I decided it was time to be independent.
In the year of 2012 I became the creator and founder of Endless Touch a natural skin care line targeted to those with extremely dry/sensitive skin. This experience afforded me the opportunity to realize how much I loved working for myself. In 2015 I made a decision to add one more goal on my plate, attending college and majoring in Business and Entrepreneurship. As a result of that program I created and became the Founder and CEO of My Open Chair a shared space concept for salon owners and independent stylist. Although open chair is paused I have found an even deeper passion and purpose to encourage others to follow their entrepreneurship dreams.

Latrese Thomas
Three years ago, along with my husband, I founded ReLeaf Health & Emisha Innovations. Both of these companies combine 2 of my passions, cannabis, and technology; respectively. I've been honored to be featured in many publications about my work in the cannabis space. In February 2020, I launched "Unapologetically Living with Trese" a lifestyle brand & I began blogging to utilize my voice and express opinions that I found many people had but were too afraid to share. Walking in purpose, for me, is to write thought provoking pieces that incorporates humor with a strong foundation of reality.
